We seek to maintain, build and create new partnerships with local providers and specialist organisations that can further support the people on our programme. Your service will have the opportunity to receive

• Streamlined online access ensuring the most relevant people are referred to your service
• Additional free promotion of your service through our networks and social media channels
• Access to evidence to showcase your success, supporting you to build capacity
• Evidence of working in an integrated way with a range of services to improve the lives of people in Greater Manchester

Throughout Greater Manchester we already have relationships with hundreds of specialist support organisations. These range from organisations who specialise in housing, physical and mental health, addiction, and many more.
